AYPE , which is generally a colorless, translucent, flexible, odorless, tasteless plastic, has one of the most outstanding properties of thermal adhesion with ease and can be glued at about 120 C. Due to this property, it is widely used as an intermediate layer in coatings to connect two layers that do not stick together by thermal decoupling. It also has such positive properties as being transparent and tear-resistant, having little water vapor permeability, and significantly maintaining their low degree of elasticity.
